Scheduled individual messages

Hello, new to the platform and looking for some advice.  We have a wifi based lock and decided to send unique lock codes after every booking. I would like to create an message right after the booking with the unique code and create a preset schedule to send it the morning of. Is there a feature on the platform to schedule an individualized personal email? Currently I can only find the preset feature for every listing. Since we want to randomize the lock codes, we have to wait till the morning to send the codes. 

 

We prefer to do the day of booking so we don't forget or have any delay. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the platform! We had the same challenge with our WiFi-based lock system. What worked for us was using a combination of an email scheduler and a random code generator.

Here's what we do:

1. Generate the Code: Right after a booking is confirmed, we generate a unique lock code using an online code generator.

2. Schedule the Email: We use Boomerang for Gmail to schedule the email with the lock code. We set it to send out the morning of the guest's arrival.

This way, we don't forget to send the code, and it arrives right on time. It's been a game-changer for us! Hope this helps!

@Ashley1212 while I run 99% of my messages through the app I do text the lock code to their mobile. Then I send them a message on the app letting them know I'm texting them the lock code to their mobile and ask for confirmation that they've received it.
