Suggestions on how to list my home as DRUG Free.

I live in my listing and rent the two suites on the second floor out to guests. 

I thought I could tolerate the smell of  Marijuana, but I  just can't.   I don't let people smoke in my house ever.  Now they POT outside, when they come in they and their stuff smells so bad that it makes me ill.  Does anyone have ideas on how to updated the listing to make sure Pot smoking is unwelcome.

I don't think it's taboo to say just that- no smoking period. As long as it's clearly outlined in your listing that they can see even before booking, you should not see that anymore. For those who choose to break house rules, it's no different than any other house rule being broken. You would probably need to video then doing it. Tbh, I've had people reach out and ask before booking as they can see it's non-smoking but they ask if they can do it outside. So just be clear about what you want.
