UK HOSTS ONLY - Nuki Smart Hosting integration with Airbnb

This question only applies to UK costings.

I have just had two 3.0 Nuki Smart locks fitted.  

I am trying to buy the Nuki Smart Hosting package which integrates with Airbnb to automatically send Smart keys to guests.  It is sold separately on nuki.io and on the Nuki app. However I can't buy the package through either because the UK does not appear in their list of countries when completing the address details and that field is mandatory.  Has anyone in the UK managed to buy Nuki Smart Hosting?  I'm feeling scammed what with the extra costs for Smart Hosting and Guarantee Plus. Care & Protect is not available in the UK.

Update:

To buy Smart Hosting in the UK you need to log in to https://shop.nuki.io/en/ the UK version of the nuki/io.  This site doesn't require you to pick a country but you do have to put +44 in the mobile phone field otherwise you'll get an error message (in German).

Well, I feel more than scammed. Nuki locks go offline after 3-4 weeks. Support is hard to impossible to reach via phone. Support emails are not being answered. If you use the forum you are being told the forum is not for support.
