What do you offer to your guests to make them feel welcome?

I just started using AirBnb as a host but have quite some experience of hosting people for free on CS. Experience I gained from that was mind-blowing, however, it doesn't directly translates to paid hosting.

I want to focus on giving people best experience on their travel. However I don't really know that audience and their preferences.

For example, is it common practice to request guests to keep space clean and remove their shoes at the entrance?

What kind of home appliances is necessary/preferable to provide with and should there be any additional fees charged for toiletries and laundry?

Generally I want to keep it as simple as possible for guests and for me, without unnecessary involvement but at the same time make them feel happy and welcome.

@Dauren1 One thought on your listing - you need to add a check out time.

We ask guests to not wear shoes on the carpets. Many still do though!

Appliances depend on your market. Washer/dryer not needed for short stays but probably expected in the USA - Perhaps look at what the competitors provide?
