For some of you, like me, January and February are slow season. What repairs are on your mind? I am doing a room addition. No little touch ups this year, all attention is on the bigger project

Good time to check on flushing out water heaters, dusting out heaters, check that all sinks/toilets/showers are draining properly, deep cleaning under/around furniture and appliances, it all adds up!
