@Jessie196  Just add them as a co-host.  They will get all msgs and emails, be able to respond to same and have full access to your calendar and listing details.  Just be sure you can trust them and coordinate the boundaries of who is going to do what, i.e. will they have permission to change your pricing or availability settings?  Some things you may want to keep within your control alone.
