@Scott2285 Hey Scott! I'm new to Airbnb as well but I love finding airbnb's and decorating! Your place is tidy and bright which is nice. You offer so many products for your guests which is so kind of you. I love the idea of a local artist filling your place with artwork. If they are willing to go with a theme (colors, modern or traditional) that might be something to mention to them so that it brings everything together in your home. I see alot of blues, greys, blacks and warm tones so far.
My one suggestion would be in the future if you need to replace any curtain-purchase ones that are about 6inches away from the ceiling and let it hang down to the floor. It makes a huge difference in making the room look taller and brings more coziness to the room. I see several windows where you can't do that which is fine but for the others that would be amazing. I love the big mirror in the one bedroom! You've got some fun patterns going on in the one bedroom so I'd have the artist take a look, so they can make something that really helps brings them all together for a unique look!
I would definitely do something on the wall where the stove is. Maybe a background color to bring alittle "pop" to the room? Ask your artist friend about a color? Recently I saw on an airbnb blog that color pop or painted ceilings are becoming things that attract guests. Funny!
If I was a customer I'd like to see the whole patio table area. The backyard looks private and well maintained. Your cover photo for your place is the pool noodles and chairs so that's one thing you might want to change. 🙂 Looks like a nice little home!
