You have a lovely home with very nice photos, but you need more descriptions.
Location: What is the biggest city that it is near? How far are you from the center of town? What are some attractions (museums, restaurants, shopping, etc) nearby? Will you need a car to get around? How many parking spaces do you have on the street? What is your neighborhood like? You need to mention positive things to “sell” your listing.
The property: The listing says 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 9 beds, but guests need to know more, especially if anyone has mobility issues. What floors are the rooms on and with what size beds? For example “The ground floor has one bedroom with one full-size bed and one twin bed. It also has a full bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with…”, etc. Does this make sense?
Photos: There are too many photos of the pool and none of the front entrance. Are there steps up to the front door? You should show the entrance into your house and also each flight of stairs.
Kitchen: Your listing says it has a “kitchenette “, not a kitchen. Does that mean there is no oven? And the table looks like it seats only up to six people. A household of up to 12 people will probably want to cook. I think you have too many beds and should offer your place for fewer people. Maybe it should be 5 bedrooms with 7 beds for up to 10 people?? That’s still a lot of people for 3 bathrooms. Sometimes maximizing the number of guests not better.
Amenities: Look over your list of amenities and make sure it includes everything. I saw a TV in your photos, but the amenities say “No TV”.
I hope these suggestions help. You have a lovely place and I wish you much success.
