I have a problem with my reservation in Lyon from 1st August to 31 August. I don’t know why my reservation has been cancelled. When I was on the application, I haven’t touch the button “confirm cancel” but the application validated the cancel booking. But I don’t want to cancel. SO, I first call the host and tell him it was a mistake, and then he told me to contact Airbnb to reconfirm the booking. Then I try to ask you to cancel the “mistake cancel” and reconfirm the booking to my host, but I can’t find any way to contact Airbnb. And now, my host doesn’t want me as a guest anymore.
How can I manage my refund? Because I really doesn’t want to cancel because I saw the cancel policy. And I doesn’t want to paid for nothing.
