The guest [nom caché], who stayed at our property on 19th of April to 21st of April, was upgraded to another room to his complete satisfaction and even stayed an additional night. For some reason Airbnb saw the reservation as cancelled and does not pay me for the guest's stay. Apparently the guest was refunded by airbnb, but the guest told my collegue with tears in the eyes he was not. He stayed an additional night and paid for that night but he did not pay me for the first night as he mentioned that he had not had a refund from airbnb. Apparently this has been done by airbnb, so this guest stayed 2 nights with us and only paid himself for the second night. I do not get paid by airbnb, nor by the guest.
I also did not cancel his reservation, so kindly intervene and keep me informed about my payment.
Si la réservation est annulée, le voyageur est remboursé. L'argent est recrédité environ 5 j plus tard.
Vos conditions d'annulation sont strictes, s'il a été remboursé , c'est soit vous qui avez annulé, soit Airbnb a annulé car la CB est non conforme, soit le voyageur a annulé plus de 7j avant son arrivée.
