Hello, i am coming to share few bad experiences i had with few of our guests that put my listing in a bad situation just because not everyone has good intentions and also not every guests knows what is airbnb exactly. I became almost a slave for my guests since i am super worried that they will leave a bad reviews if i do not do anything they want.... It became very stressful..... Specially with people that has no clue about airbnb and thinks it is hotel. I live on our place that is a small building where we share places with airbnb guests but also long term tenants. We had the super host statue and 725 reviews in total since 3 years we are on airbnb website. Mostly 5 stars reviews but i had 2 bad ones on one of our studio and airbnb do not even care about the 7th one with 5 stars they threated me to suspend the place if i have another bad reviews...... I was so mad because i work so hard to make all our guests happy, i even provide more than what we are supposed to provide ( i changed sheets, towels, add more paper towels, add and buy more tools for the kitchen like blender or more pans, i even lend my cleaning supplies, my washing detergeants, my broom......) but i still have people expecting more.....Some other do not communicate with me at all for the time of their stay then complains on the reviews. I do not know what to do to be able to claim to removed those bad reviews that was made by people who clearly said that they were expecting hotel service for some of them, or complains about false purpose since i am here to chek all places before the guests get in. I put a lot of myself in it and i am very upset and sad that airbnb do not take my words regarding our super host statue that means we do our best for most of our guests. I am upset that a single bad review can put my listing in danger..... If someone can help me to know what to do it will be great because even if i called them they do not removed bad and dishonnest reviews thanks for caring

I am so sorry about what you live! I know very well the way you feel as well  like Gregory too and many others host... But unfortunately for some time Airbnb has eyes only for the travelers and not concern more apparently hosts!

 

Be more severe with your internal rules and contact so often that you owe him, Airbnb

Sorry for you, but you have to know that  the more you will do for your guests, the more they will be demanding.

If they ask for something and you do it, why would they stop asking ???

Don't become a slave just for reviews. My reviews are better since I stoped doing to much for my guest. And my life is less stressful since I get more guests from other platforms and less from Airbnb 😎

Depuis que je stagne sur Airbnb, je suis de plus en plus booké ailleurs.  Donc, les stagiaires à force de jouer les aprenti-sorciers perdent des résa ici.
