you posted your question in the french speaking community, so you can post your questions in french language. I am not sure if I totally understood your question. May be you need to give us some more details about your problems.
I have seen that your house has quite a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms and recently I have noticed a thread in the German community center and eventually this could be your problem: the host has a big house in the country side and does rent it out to groups from 12 to 18 for seminars, workshops, birthday celebrations etc. and on the other side there he wants to rent out the single rooms to couples, single travellors or small families, who spent their vacation in this area.
In case you have similar intends (1st offering the entire house and 2nd offering single rooms) this will not be an easy way to do it.
You need to set up multiple listings (annonces), for example
1) Entire home with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, xxx other rooms etc. for 10 to 18 persons and here you can set a price for the entrire place (you also could say price xxxx for the house with 10 persons, and then charge an extra amount for any additional person)
2) Private Room for 2 to 4 persons with private bathroom, price for the room with 2 persons is xxx, any additional person will be xxx
3) Private Room for 2 to 3 persons with 2nd bedroom for 2 to 4 persons and shared bathroom, price for 4 is xxx, any addt'l pers xxx
4) Private Room for xxx and so on
This will be a lot of copy and paste work, you also need different individual titles for all your listings. As fas as I know there is no automatic tool which blocks the calendars of all the other rooms in case you have rented one or more of the single rooms, so you need to maintain this manually in your calendar to avoid double bookings. And the same thing the other way around, you need to block the calendar for the entire house in case you have a confirmed booking for the single rooms.
Once you have more than one active listing, you can use the multi-calender which shows you all listings in one sheet by listing by date.
Further I have seen, that you turned on the "Instant Booking" which allows the guest to book immediately without any confirmation from your side. You need to turn this off for the above mentioned procedure.
