Recognizing Superhosts

The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts. 

 

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

Hello from Austria,

 

I was starting to be a host in June 2025. This new experience is really nice and want to continue like this in the comming year!! I also want to ronovate the Garden at the Airbnb for my guests. I hope that I can do that as my main job someday. I´m looking forward to the coming year. Good look to every one.

Thanks so much for your lovely message! Yes absolutely, all the instruments are available for the guests to try out or for seasoned musicians to have a jamming session 🙂 I include free online piano tutorials for beginners to try out playing the piano!

Thank you Bhumika! It would be amazing to have jamming sessions with the guests! I live at the oasis when the guests aren’t there, but I’m away when the guests visit! Maybe someday Billie Eilish will visit and I’ll be sure to stay around and have a jamming session 😂🥰🤩

Since you’re usually away when guests arrive, do you have a co-host to help guests navigate the listing in your absence, or do you manage everything by yourself remotely?

It would be a dream moment for sure! I hear she has Irish ancestry so maybe she would like to visit Ireland sometime through Airbnb, to visit her homeland! 🍀💚

I stay with extended family very nearby the oasis when guest stay, so I’m always nearby and at hand to help the guests if they need any advice. I managed it all myself, and I’m really enjoying the process. I’m delighted to be a part of this community. Thank you so much💛

Being close by and available for your guests is such a reassuring touch! Is there a particular question or kind of help guests ask you most often during their stay, despite them being in listing instructions or house rules? I'd love to hear how you navigate communication with guests and if you have any tips for fellow hosts 🌻

Love the manifesting powers! 🥰 And Airbnb continues to manifest great things here in the oasis with such wonderful kind guests from all around the world 🙂 

 

Yes I find communication is a top priority here to ensure it’s a smooth and comfortable stay for the guests. If the guests are travelling the west coast of ireland, I’ve given them tips to visit places along the way and the feedback has been great and much appreciated from many guests. I’ve made a list of all the great places now to ensure a fun roadtrip on route to the oasis. In terms of in house instructions and guest guidance, what I’ve found helpful in the clearest and easygoing way to communicate with guests is to create little signs and guidelines of how to use things in the townhouse, and even links to the oasis website I’ve created, where I have short videos of me explaining things, so if the guests have queries there are also short videos to help them! It’s proven really easygoing for the guests as everything it guided and explained often before there is even a query or problem! So it’s a nice way to make the stay comfortable, welcoming and clear for the guests. The goal is to make guests feel right at home and welcome the moment they walk in the door 💛
