Recognizing Superhosts

The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnbโ€™s top-rated and most experienced hosts.

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulationsโ€”thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

Whether youโ€™re a new or longtime Superhost, we want to hear from you. What helped you reach this achievement? How did you go above and beyond for your guests?

Share your insights in the comments to inspire and support other hosts.

Fingers crossed and manifesting @Brenda1830  ๐Ÿ˜‰

Being close by and available for your guests is such a reassuring touch! Is there a particular question or kind of help guests ask you most often during their stay, despite them being in listing instructions or house rules? I'd love to hear how you navigate communication with guests and if you have any tips for fellow hosts ๐ŸŒป

Love the manifesting powers! ๐Ÿฅฐ And Airbnb continues to manifest great things here in the oasis with such wonderful kind guests from all around the world ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes I find communication is a top priority here to ensure itโ€™s a smooth and comfortable stay for the guests. If the guests are travelling the west coast of ireland, Iโ€™ve given them tips to visit places along the way and the feedback has been great and much appreciated from many guests. Iโ€™ve made a list of all the great places now to ensure a fun roadtrip on route to the oasis. In terms of in house instructions and guest guidance, what Iโ€™ve found helpful in the clearest and easygoing way to communicate with guests is to create little signs and guidelines of how to use things in the townhouse, and even links to the oasis website Iโ€™ve created, where I have short videos of me explaining things, so if the guests have queries there are also short videos to help them! Itโ€™s proven really easygoing for the guests as everything it guided and explained often before there is even a query or problem! So itโ€™s a nice way to make the stay comfortable, welcoming and clear for the guests. The goal is to make guests feel right at home and welcome the moment they walk in the door ๐Ÿ’›

@Brenda1830 , I like your communication style and visual guidance for guests ๐Ÿ˜

Of all the resources you provide, is there one specific thing (like a particular video, sign, or itinerary tip) that guests mention most often as being especially helpful or memorable as compared to others?

โ€œAdjustmentsโ€ SCAMS- Is Airbnb aware of Support Team stealing money and closing tickets to avoid suspicion?? Is Airbnb in on itโ€ฆis it encouraging scam??

Hosts and Superhosts: Review your cancellation and adjustments to ensure it matches and sound off below.

They are taking significantly more money out of cancellation under one reservation and then claim they are taking the money for cancellation that happened in 2024 even though we are in 2026 and original cancellation happened in Dec 2025. The transaction history, the screenshots of the money that was โ€œadjustedโ€ can be found but it is stolen from me/ Superhost and guest (even maybe the Airbnb, itself) by the Support Team and when you question this then they will close the ticket and pretend they donโ€™t understand the issue or concern or claim they โ€œresolvedโ€ it.

1. They said some ambassador gave the $359.04 to the guest and then it changed to
2. 5 very weird list of cancellations from 2024 as the reason why the adjustment was made.
3. When I raised questions about the transaction history or these claims from 2024, they closed the ticket without answering any of questions
4. Called them all day yesterday and did not provide answers, over 60 agents refuse to open tickets or address the issue but these ambassadors donโ€™t know anything to comprehend or understand the issue.

It is DAY 5 of trying to resolve the corruption within the Support Team. Is anyone else having this issue? Is Airbnb aware of these adjustments scams and where is the money going to if it is not going to the guest??? if no one in the US is part of the Support Team then are they aware of it or are they in on it??? How many hosts and superhosts losing their hard earned money over this scam???

(I can't add the screenshots)
