Recognizing Superhosts

The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts.

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

Whether you’re a new or longtime Superhost, we want to hear from you. What helped you reach this achievement? How did you go above and beyond for your guests?

Share your insights in the comments to inspire and support other hosts.

@Chisom8 Congratulations for being a Super host for the first time. I am sure you will remember the day it popped into your Airbnb email. Next is making it number 2 in 3 months' time.

Greetings to All!

My name is Kjellin. I was born in Antigua and have been residing in St. Kitts for the past 17 years. I am of Antiguan, Kittitian, and Vincentian descent, and hospitality is truly part of who I am.

I am proud and grateful to share that today I received my 15th consecutive quarter as a Superhost. I am truly thankful to every guest who have supported me along this journey and look forward to continuing to host with excellence. Thank you to the Superhost community for the warm welcome🌴

@Kjellin0 yes you have mentioned that your Guest have supported you along your journey of gaining your Super host award again. Congratulations I am sure you have some tips to share.

Yes, certainly, @Laurelle3 . The following pointers are noteworthy:

1. Communicate. Provide useful arrival advise such as immigration requirements, directions, amenities in close proximity to the AirBnb, and detail pertaining to their accomodation.

2. Welcome, albeit briefly, but make yourself visible if desired. Ask the guest prior to arrival whether they prefer an inperson welcome or not.

3. For short stays (a week or less)  consider a revised deposit or fees policy.

The key is really knowing your guest and understanding their needs.

4. Communicate prior to departure (via message, text, call or visit) to seek guest input, advice, or recommendations that they might not include in a public review.

5. Continuous improvement to the AirBnb. The small details and comfort matter.

Hi @Kjellin0 😊

Hi @Elisa,

My journey as a host has been largely self-driven, initially rooted in the need to earn supplemental income. I am highly self-reliant, and early on I leaned heavily on external, secondary sources of information such as other hosts' reviews, videos, and shared experiences. After 10 years of hosting, I now rely primarily on my own first-hand experience and continuous guest feedback.

Hi @Kjellin0 😊

Thank you for letting me know!

That’s incredible, well done!
How many listings do you manage right now?

You're welcome, @Elisa . Currently, I manage one (1) listing; however, I am hopeful and working towards future growth. 😉

That’s fantastic for you! @Kjellin0  😊
Would you be open to becoming a co-host as well for your future growth?

@Elisa I would consider co-hosting, however, I also work full time, so co-hosting would require careful consideration of its feasibility.

Hi @Kjellin0 😊

I see your point. Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need any information about it in the future!
