The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts. 

 

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

We, my wife and I, received our 23rd consecutive superhost badge.  We are looking forward to many more. 

 

We are retired, so this is more of a hobby then a business venture.

 

We had three listings, two distinct listings along with one combining the two.  Due to the family situation, we converted one to a full apartment for our daughter and her little clan.

 

We are not looking to go corporate, happy and comfortable to continue with our one listing.  It pays for the mortgage, allowing us to keep our large house. Most important, it allows our many guests, nearly 1,000 to date, to enjoy a peaceful oasis like setting when visiting their family, the region or  simply getting away.

Been awarded with the superhost badge for 7 consecutive quarters now . The journey has been amazing, started with just 1 small studio apartment and now we have grown into a private limited company with over 30 units. Hosted over 4000 guests. Returns have been great , maybe your hard work pays off, planning to end 2026 with around 50 units , let’s hope for the best!

I always supervise the cleaning and use my own checklist to make sure that every detail on it has been checked off. I personally run through the list to leave everything spotless and stocked. I also add special details like bottled water and toiletries. Leave extra pillows & blankets.
