The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts.
Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.
This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!
Whether you’re a new or longtime Superhost, we want to hear from you. What helped you reach this achievement? How did you go above and beyond for your guests?
Share your insights in the comments to inspire and support other hosts.
To All the AirBnB Superhosts.....
I have been with Airbnb for 13 years, many of those years as a SuperHost.
I am curious if any of you are co listed with both VRBO AND AirBnB.
If so, have you noticed any difference in the volume (% percentage) of bookings iin 2024 and 2025 from VRBO verses AirBnB?
For me, AirBnB before 2024 was 60% of my bookings. In 2024 35% of my bookings. In 2025 20% of my bookings. Same pricing, Same pictures, same everything on both websites.
So far in 2026 only 10% of my advanced bookings are from AirBnB.
Have any of you had similar results?
Thanks,
Rob T

Hi @Robert1728 , thanks for sharing your question here. I noticed that you've received fantastic support from fellow hosts in this thread too. Hopefully, other hosts can continue to share insights with you in this regards. Do keep us posted if you would like to ask about anything else!
What helped me reach Superhost status is anticipating guest needs before they arise, clear and fast communication, and making every stay smooth and memorable. I focus on small touches that make guests feel at home and reliable systems so nothing falls through the cracks 🙂
Hi @Vivien271 , Congratulations on becoming a Superhost 🥳 Personalizing the guest experiences indeed makes the guests feel at home.
What’s that one small touch or amenity , that guests mention most often in their reviews? I'd love to hear more such insights!
Regards,
Thanks! Guests often mention the welcome treats on arrival. It’s a small touch, but it helps them feel welcomed right away.
great

Being consistent, responding quickly to guests, and paying attention to small details made the biggest difference for us. We focus on cleanliness, clear communication, and making our guests feel comfortable from the first message to check-out. Going the extra mile to solve issues fast and offering local tips also helps create great experiences. Thank you Airbnb for the recognition!
Felicitaciones por tu logro!!!!! Saludos Gabriela.
Hello @Harun66, thank you so much for sharing these great practices and congratulations on this big achievement 😊
Is this your first time as a Superhost?
We’re looking forward to reading more about your hosting journey.
I was so excited to become a Superhost after starting our Airbnb in June 2025! I learned so many tips from airbnb and ThanksForVisiting videos.
Almost every review has mentioned how clean the house is- it smells clean. I am there for each turnover. I check all drawers, under furniture, outside around the house, etc.
We provide starter K cups, tea and bottled water. The welcome book and a basket of snacks greet the guests as they enter. Each bed has a white duvet, 2 pillows and a decorative pillow . All bedrooms have blackout shades, wall hooks and a mirror. We have notes posted around the house- reminders about the septic system, lack of garbage disposal, no eating in the bedrooms, TV directions and laundry usage. It all adds up to as close to perfection as we can get!
