no payment received

Hello, I'm new here and I'm already hosting some guests. I Didn't received anything yet, also I had to cancel 2 reservations since I made some mistakes (newbie mistakes...), and looks like I have to pay 100USD for it. is this for real??' how come I can't contact anyone in airbnb? Who are these people who deal with my (my, yes, my) money?

Eu tb não recebi o valor da hospedagem. O erro foi meu , inseri a conta para recebimento faltando um zero. 

Já corrigi o erro. 

Não sei como dazer agora para receber. 

Alguém pode me informar.?

Hi, 

 

Im from South Africa and need to contact airbnb to find out why I havent received payment, I sent messages on the support page but someone kept closing my case when its definitely not resolved as I havent received a payment and my guests have left already.  Its a large amount. 

who do I contact from South Africa please.
