私のリスティングは、10人まで宿泊が可能で、4名以上で追加のプライスとしています。
これから閑散期を迎えるのもあり、1人や2人など少人数の宿泊が多くなります。
一棟貸しのため、4名以上だと追加になるので、できれば8人など大人数の宿泊がありがたいのですが…

8名 1泊27,000円
↑売上を考えると、大人数の宿泊を優先して予約をとりたいのですが…。
1人や2人などの予約の方が多いのが現状です。
どうすれば、大人数での宿泊の予約が入るようになるのでしょうか？
また、今は清掃の関係から、最低宿泊日数を「2泊」としています。
これもやはり「1泊」からの方がよいのでしょうか…。
