1099's

I've noticed the 1099's are inaccurate when a host is involved.  For example,

Thank you for reaching out.

My CPA says there are two 1099's incorrect and needs to be corrected asap.

Unfortunately, Airbnb is absolutely useless when it comes to correcting 1099s. If you do a quick search on these forums, you'll see that.

I have been waiting for a corrected 1099 form all month long. They are only sending me copy/paste responses that don't even apply to my situation via email and refuse to connect me on the phone to anyone who can actually help me.

I will be contacting the IRS about it on March 1.

Airbnb is a terrible company that should be ashamed of how they treat hosts. They have absolutely no concept of customer service. All of their accountants should be fired.
