25 suspended listings and no notification

My listings have all been suspended on Airbnb.  We did recently have a difficult guest but everything was resolved in the resolution center.  We let her move out with a refund.  I didn't review her because I wanted to just move on.  All of my listings say they are still listed.  The calendar is blocked out.  At this point there have been no cancellations.  I am blocked from using my inbox.  I have a guest checking in tomorrow and I can't send any messages.  I have called and submitted a written request.  The agent said she can not discuss it and had to escalate it to another team .  This seems to always be the response and then I never hear from anyone.  I have never dealt with this before and I am wondering if anyone knows host to get a hold of anyone?
