28 day rental

This is my first "long" term rental request.  What should I be concerned about?   Do you increase your cleaning fee or have it cleaned weekly?

@Toni5604 we offer to go in and change the linen every 7-10 days so we can keep an eye on the place and make sure the linen doesnt get wrecked.

As long as your monthly discount isn't excessive this should be affordable in the price you charge.

Other concern is will you create a tenancy with a 28 day stay? If so I personally would avoid doing so.
