Hello, I became a host in June and I'm loving it. The issue I have is in my zoning area of my airbnb I am only allowed to host a maximum of 14 days per rental stay.
I have searched everywhere and can't figure out how to take the 28 day stay off of my listing. Could someone please lead me in the right direction to take the 28 days off and leave the minimum 1 day and maximum 14 days on.
Thank you in advance,
Lorie

To remove Long Term Stays -
Go to Amenities List
Uncheck (Remove) Long Term Stays Allowed
Suggest you use the App on your phone to do this - Hosts are reporting issues with the Amenities Section not working properly on the desktop version.
Hi @Lorie163 ,

Regards,
I did all that was offered in the replies and it still was showing the 28 days. I called support and they explained that it will allow for someone to put longer then 14 days in for the reservation but when they try to reserve it, it will tell them it is a 14 day maximum.
He did say if it allows for someone to still book it for the 28 days or longer, I am to contact them because it could be an issue within the system.
Thank you
Hi @Lorie163
I can still select a long stay at your place without an error message.
After changing your settings, you can select dates at your own listing in guest view to checkwhether the maximum is working correctly At the moment the 14-night maximum is not in place yet.
Thank you @Shelley159 , I will have to call them back. He said it would let you put longer stay in then the 14 days but when following through to reserve it, it would not let it go any further. Thank you for letting me know.
What CS said is NOT correct.
You need to set your min/max days on your regular calendar. Set your max stay to 14 days:
Go to:
Regular Calendar top right
Click Availability Settings
I do have it set, minimum 1
maximum 14
It still others put in the 28 days.
Some things to check further:
1. Go to the App in your phone (NOT the desktop) - Go to the amenities section and make sure "long term stays allowed" is unchecked as an amenity.
2. Are you using Rule Sets of any kind that could be overriding your min/max settings of 1night/14 nights?
3. Please post a screen shot of your calendar showing your min/max stay settings on calendar
4. Go to Availability Settings on calendar (looks like you have a 9month window set) - check if the optional slider is turned ON?
My amenities does not have it listed as “long term stays allowed”
Here are the screenshots of my minimum and maximum. Also of slider you referred to. Mine is on, is it suppose to be off??
YES it should be OFF
Turn OFF the slider and your 14-night max stay should work correctly.
Hi @Lorie163 , were you able to work it out as Joan suggested by turning off the slider?
Do let us know if you've managed to solve it by above method 🌻
Regards,
Hi @Lorie163 , have you tried checking the availability settings as Joan shared above? Please let us know!
