7.5% Victorian Levy Declaration form Australia

Hi I was wonder if anyone can help with the declaration form on the levy applied to victorian properties.  I have got to the part where it says  

"If you are providing a declaration for multiple properties, a schedule listing each of the properties and their exclusion details.

Upload up to 10 supported files: PDF, document or spreadsheet. Max 10 MB per file." 

Can anyone help me with what the information means and how to download it so I can add the file to finish the dec off.

Hi Andy,

For multiple properties prepare a spreadsheet or pdf with each of the properties details and the exemption category for each.

Then complete the Airbnb google form and upload your prepared pdf/spreadsheet by clicking the upload link.

It would appear that you have to have a Google Account to be able to login so that you can complete the form (from using the links that Airbnb have sent us).

That is a bit dumb - why do you have to sign up to Google to complete an Airbnb form, surely Airbnb can do better than that.
