9 Empty Nights

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. It's been 9 days straight without bookings, which is very unusual. This is the first time that's happened since I started hosting 3 months ago. Please I need help!

I don't know pricing for your area so not a critque just make sure especially since new your relative that wiill

effect what page Airbnb displays you on because you don;t have traffic numbers yet,

Use the Airbnb  Custom discounts as long as a 20 % discount Airbnb offers some marketing and also shows you are people clicking.

When you use the discounts I don't discount a large group of days.  I do like 4 discount offers for my next 4 weeks targeting different days that my usual stays are, like most of my checkins are a Sunday and a Friday check out Week 1 maybe Subday M onday Tuesday 20% ftscount Week 2  Sunday  Mondat 30% discount Week 3 maybe 3 days  midweek week 4 something else.  Then you can see is the discount making people click or even with a discount no clicks your title  or  cover phoro isn't working.

I do suggest you have another picture were I can tell a balcony door not a big window.  I would change because balcony

is a selling point.

For description it is good but it doesn't highlight the right areas.  Guests aren't coming too rent long term. they want a beautiful rental yours because  near whatever or parking or great reastarants share what you know  but we don't

Hi @Gbenga13

It's normal for things to slow down a bit after your new listing boost wears off. Now you're getting worried when nights stay open, just like the rest of us 😀

Search for your listing in private mode, using the dates you want to get booked soonest, and the search term and number of guests that your guests will likely use. See where you rank, change some things like cancellation or instant book, and see if you can rank higher. You can always change back what you don't like. Unfortunately lowering the price is the thing the algorithm likes best ....

Hi Gbenga,

Do you think it could be the time of year? Do you have a three-day minimum or 2 day minimum? Maybe a 2-day minimum will get you some weekend or business stays.  I have noticed that I get bookings in spurts. My friends (other owners) and I have discovered that at least in our oversaturated area, our listings show up on some days and not on others. That was a few updates back. I have also heard that you should change your cover photo occasionally to boost visibility.  Maybe use ChatGpt to suggest some algorithm tips to boost your listing in your area to stand out. Best of luck to you....
Kindest regards,
Jamie 🙂

I love using the AI tools.

AI, simply put you are giving a computer directions which programmers have done for years but now you don;t have to be fluent in computer language.

When I use like Chatgpr I start with this is my target market highlight this information Listing on Airbnb Aiming for conversions then I cut and paste all my pages each prefixed with current and Airbnb page title rewrite my listing

It rewrites like 6 pages each for Airbnb Page titles.  I just cut and paste my whole new listing.Last week I had a slump that mixed with the Airbnb Discounts I did it Monday, and by Wednesday I had 3 requests I approved and my usual time lengths.  All came in Sunday.

I love it.  Haha

@Marie8425 Oh, I luv this!!! You are so creative... 💛

Try this photo as your cover photo, I can tell with a quick glance which is what a Guest sees in search display, your balcony.
