90 day minimum

I am trying to re list my accommodation just outside Byron Bay, NSW and cannot find a way to make 2 nights the minimum as it comes up that I cannot list it for less than 90 days. I only want to list a room in my house.

Most likely it is due to local laws and restrictions on Short Term Rentals in your area. Have you checked to see what the current regulations are in your area?

Other listings in your area are showing a registration number on their listings.
