A brand new published listing

I have a LARGE listing that is 7 years old . Doing well but now slow . There are several ways to divide the property . I built a new listing with fewer rooms   ( 3 bedrooms V.S. 7 bedrooms )than the original listing . It uses the same address as the original but its now a separate space altogether . The problem is it does not show up anywhere when looking for a booking. It just keeps showing the original older listing.. how do I get both listings being shown  independently when the number of bedrooms are being sought?

I suggest looking at your popular listing, you set this up quick, computers don't like quick haha.

Go back do the room folders organize your pictures for the Guests and Airbnb  Search computers.

Same for amenities I think you do provide hot water and toilet paper.

Then review your market make sure you have price adjusted for less bedrooms correctly.

The Airbnb New Listing Discount is really good to turn on.

Your listings are showing separately, so no problem there. The new listing is just not ranking well. I found it on page 12 for 8 guests, Puerto Vallarta, 8 to 11 September.

Your price is reasonable, so I would understand if you don't want to lower it by much. You could try to experiment with a shorter minimum stay (although it's only 3 nights and it's a large space) or perhaps consider pricing per guest instead of the same for 1 to 8 guests. Of course, if you're willing to lower the overall price even more, you'll rank better (perhaps just run a new listing special for a start so you can get some reviews for this listing, as @Marie8425 has suggested).

I was a bit unsure when I saw 8 guests and 3 bedrooms, but I then read that you're offering an extra suite at additional cost if needed. 

I also agree with Marie that you should go through the listing in a lot of detail and make sure you've left nothing out. Anything that the algorithm or filters may be looking for, should be completed to make sure the system likes the listing.

For both the whole house and the new listing, it may help if you spend some time studying your competitors. Try to identify a few that are similar and that you think may be doing a good job, and see whether there's anything that can help you speed bookings back up. Good luck!

HI Mark, do you mean it doesn't show up on the map? If this is the case then the property pin could be under the other pin and also make sure you select show listing address in listing editor

Under Location in your listings, are you showing specific location or general?

If specific, I would change to general. You can also contact Airbnb and have them adjust the map pin a bit for one of the locations so the map "bubbles" are not right on top of each other.
