Hi Zoya27,
First of all, I LUV the Chanel Reissue 225 on the bed. 😉💛💛💛
I would take some photos with the curtains open and remove that towel. Maybe some dusting or touch up painting around the light and AC unit.
I would remove the flip flops, put a solid color sheet or blanket on the bed with some pillows. It would make it more inviting. 🥰
* sometimes it hit or miss with bookings. Are there any events coming up near you? That always increases your potential of getting booked.
kindest regards,
Jamie

Hello @Zoya27!
Thank you for sharing your curiosity with the Community! Everyone has a different start, some hosts get bookings right away, while others need a bit more time to perfect their listing. But both situations have something in common: the wonderful support from this Community.🤗
How long have you been hosting? Are there any challenges you’re facing? In order to help you, I've added the link to your listing and a picture of it and I’ll tag some experienced hosts to see if they can offer you some additional advice and support: @Andrew-and-Jeremy0, @Linda-and-Peter0, @Katarzyna87, @Mia1090, @Jamie600 and @Marie8425.
Best,
Alex

Hello! Publish is the hard part haha but yes you need to improve a bit. Don't worry nobody is born with an Airbnb gene, we all had to learn.
First read through the Airbnb Gudas in Help for new host and New Listings. They are very good and will help make your initial improvements.
If you want an opinion on changes just tag me @Marie8425 and free opinion..

Hi @Alex,
Yes, 100% would recommend a professional photographer. I have had mine professionally taken 4 times as photography styles change, and with each remodel/update to my home. lol I am planning a 5th soon. It really makes a difference in the quality of the listing and in attracting the perfect guests.

@Jamie600 The quality of the photos definitely makes a difference. They really help highlight how wonderful your listing is! Do you usually take pictures of the entire space, or do you prefer to focus on specific areas? 📸

Look through the informatizo from Airbnb. Yes, your photos need work. Also 8 Guests two beds doesn't sound fun Average amenities especially a large property is in the 60 range you have 8 amenities.

If you want people to book you need to improve your property @Zoya27
Currently you are showing an empty room with a step ladder, a bedroom with bags and mess on the bed and a bathroom in need of attention. Furnishings are not co-ordinated .
look at similar five star listings in your location for inspiration and make it into an attractive place that guests you see as your target audience want to stay in.
improve your description of the property and location and take better photos .
why would you advertise a two bed place for up to eight people ? Where are you expecting them to sleep.
finally airbnb is about instilling trust but you haven't filled out your host profile nor uploading a photo
you have quite a bit of work to do before you can expect people to want to stay.
