Hi.
I registered at the Airbnb last year. I created my own profile, using of course my own picture, my phone number, my email and the description of my property.
My dad was working with the Airbnb years ago and he had his profile, but he died 10 years ago.
I have absolutely no idea why,but his profile somehow mixed up with mine snd i could only see my name and my announcement, but his picture and his description of himself, and the feedback of his guests, and all the stuff of his profile.
That would occur each time if i used the Airbnb through the explorer. However when i use the Airbnb application the problem doesn't occur.
I've tried to solve the problem with the Airbnb support, and seemed it worked. Though now i get s question from s guest as to who i am, because they see a female name and a .ale photo, and they send me a screenshot with my dad's data again... And now signing in at this community, i am still seeing my father's information and not mine.
How is it possible to deal with that?
