Good day, can anyone please assist urgently!!!

 

This is now day4 of shocking support regarding my account frozen and Airbnb holding my funds..

 

On my host Dashboard it says I am verified, yet when I've called the support they say I am not and to follow process....yesterday one of the support consultants 'Daniel" said he can see my account is in order and Verified...

 

Today another consultant says to follow the support message and link to send documents which does not work..

 

I am now stuck with no finds that are owed from my bookings, no compliance team support to assist via telephonic assistance...links that do not work and inconsistent information that says I am verified on my host Dashboard versus the consultants view of my account..

 

Please assist if possible, I am beyond frustrated, and Airbnb does not care and have no customr service or support to get resolve...

 

I have hosted last 2 years and have received payouts previously, so its not a new account or listing

Yes it has been sorted ,frustrating when the support doesnt specify initially..

To be honest, I faced something similar previously, the support is very disconnected with followups and having host information regarding support or case...the "specialist team does not communicate as they should ,although eventually they came through...biggest issue for me was i had supplied the docs before and when trying to send again their links didn't work to follow process as they just said "you all set"....so I had to screenshot and send docs via the support message thread....they dont have attachment options that allow users to search device or access certain folders ljke Google drive etc,therefore I had to screenshot, c9mpress document sizes and send incrementally as they also have a size limitation on sending in the thread....all this could have been avoided of they had a link that was working as described above,or an actual share drive to send documents for certain situations...anyway hope feedback helps...

I am having the same issue currently - I am a superhost for over a year and now my account is frozen due to additional account info required.  Without notice or an email explaining why, my account is frozen and each time the support line tells me they don't have access to this issue and will escalate my case to the specialized team for resolution.  I call everyday and have been told the same story, yet no one has contacted and my account is still frozen.

Hello @Emilie ,  thank you for your concern.

It took eight days, and my funds were finally released, without communication of any kind from “the specialized team“ during the process. It was extremely frustrating and a stressful week, not knowing when or if I would be receiving funds, all the while still hosting guests and paying out for expenses that I was not receiving funds for.  Very questionable business practices, in my opinion.
