I' am writing this because Airbnb is holding my payout. When I call Airbnb, I get a programmed person that reads a script to repeat the same thing over and over. They are an international answering service and do not listen to what I am saying or asking. They just keep responding with the same lie...that my bank has it and has three days to process it. That is not true. IT HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED BY AIRBNB. I am very concerned about this as it is not the first time Airbnb does not release my money on the due date. Guest has already paid. Also, it is so disappointing listening to the answering service lie to me every time.

Thanks, Bhumika, for responding. I have done all my due diligence. This is not the first time this has occurred. I know the bank process very well, and I'm getting to know Airbnb's responses very well. They are scripted responses and are also stating it's on the bank. It cannot be on the bank when the bank has not received anything at all. I guess they think we won't check our banks. Thank you for the reference about payments. I am very aware of those also. As I stated, I've done all my due diligence. I wish there was a different answer which could give me results.
@Esmeralda96 , It would be great if you can share the affected reservation number (for me to share with the concerned team).
Although I won't be able to look into it directly as we are not Customer Support, I will pass it on to the team that can have a good look.
