Adding a note to blocked dates has disappeared

In the recent UI the ability to add a note to blocked dates is gone. Anyone know how to access it? We use it reguarly.

I wanted to let you know the inability to add new notes or edit/removed pre-existing notes has been identified as a bug  and the team is actively working on a fix.
