I would like some advice on what might be the best way to market an additional totally independent living space on the same property. I expect this additional unit to be available around May 1, 2025:
1. Would it be best to start a new listing.
2. Would it be best to add the new living space on the current listing.
3. The additional space is a small studio type apartment with all the necessary amenities to run on its own
4. There could be occasions where guests requiring more space could accommodate both sites.
5. There might be guests who might just want the smaller studio type apartment and not require the larger 3-bedroom home.
6. Could you direct me to a listing that might have a similar type scenario that I could take a look at?
Any thoughts here to assist me with what might the best approach to market this type of scenario would be appreciated.
