Addressing multiple dates for one guest
Hey guys, I recently came across this problem and was hoping that either a) someone knew of a solution or b) AirBNB would see and maybe add an update of some sorts.
Recently, we had two different guests inquire about multiple sets of dates. Fall-time where we have our listings are popular and so I've had people booked up for the weekends, but also had two guests ask about staying for the remainder of the month. I simply told them that I couldn't cancel other reservations to accommodate them, but I'd be happy to host at a discount. So, I wanted to send a special offer to try and bundle all the dates into one price but I couldn't ever figure that out. Is there a solution to this?

Hi @Brian2896
If you are talking about having to skip some dates in your special offer as they are already booked....I don't believe you can do that. You would have to send 2 (or more) Special offers to work around the already existing reservations. This should work just fine. Here is an Airbnb article on special offers:

Just send multiple special offers covering the dates involved. Be sure to include any addl fees including your cleaning fee (pet fee, addl guest fee). Airbnb will add the taxes and guest service fee. The guest will receive a notification to accept the offer(s).
