Is anyone getting a license for the short-term rental for Windsor Ontario. Are they really enforcing that?

Hi Darius! Your place is cute and so uncluttered and clean. The only suggestion I have is that the laundry area shows a closed closet rather than the appliances. I would like to see the appliances if I were staying there. Also, if I were a guest, the first picture of the "Full Kitchen" would be of the kitchen, not the Keurig. These are so minor adjustments, but they might help. 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Keep up the good work. Asking questions and input is important. Ann
@Darius161 Cute space! My advice is your outdoor spaces could use a little polishing. The weeds between the pavers, the grill looks a little rusty and tired. I would add more pavers to have a nice cohesive level space for sitting and enjoying the fire pit.
The grill can be spruced up with some spray paint. There is high heat spray paint that would work well. Other than that it looks good.
Darius your place is charming. I would decorate with warmth in mind it is adorable but rugs warm everything up for your feet at night and for the look of the unit. On the outside I would put down colorful land scaping bark so it looks finished it is a bit barren you could also use grass but I think chips would be easier to up keep.
