I question are you represented in the right category, the link title has rooms but your listing is a full apartment?

Your ad space provided to every Host based on what a Guest wants to know to make a rental is 5 pages.  Your competitions ads probably complete the pages which makes it more information.  We all want information when we are spending money.

Photos, you have a lot.  A little overwhelming.  Photos main intent is to provide a Guest a visual walk through.  Put your head in your target markets mindset.  If I have a group of four, I want to see a living room four seating areas and we can all relax and watch a movie before bed.  I want to see there us somewhere to have breakfast together while we plan the day.  I want to see the kitchen area, ability to make something to eat, coffee maker.  I want to see if four seats on a balcony,  Bathroom is very important especially bathing area.

Amenities, double check I noticed 'Essentials' and 'Stove top' are not checked,

The Airbnb preferred Overall Review rating 4.8 your listing is lower.  You need to rebuild traffic and get your rating back up.

Make sure it doesn't have to be big but regularly do something that prompts you to hit Save,  This updates the Date Modified field which Airbnb Search calculates an active Host if more recent date and that is a factor in  display position.

Creo q debes mejorar las fotos,  algunas están bien  pero muy repetidas,  la descripción del lugar es muy básica y fría,  te puedes ayudar de la IA para redactar algo que insite al huesped a querer escoger el lugar. Buscar hacer descuentos por estadías de dos noches y más.

Hello, when I look at your listing, there are some photos that are repeated and, in my opinion, unnecessary (5 photos of the sofa, for example). The apartment is very nice and seems well located. The only thing that might bother me, although I don't really know the climate in Nairobi, Kenya, is the lack of air conditioning. The rest of the listing is very clear.

The listings are confusing perhaps as i still live there in a 3rd bedroom . So i listed it twice as 2 perivate rooms rest of the house shared

Points taken regarding the climate in Nairobi rarely Aircon is required due to  weather patterns but I do have a fan for the guest who may require ac.
