After 4 year hiatus we are back. What has changed?

We closed our Airbnb's in 2020 due a few reasons. We took a much needed break and began to build or new Airbnb located on our lot in Texas. You can check out our new space below. We are still adding more photos and will do so before we open in May.

Has much changed the last few years? Occupancy rates? Ours was in the 90's.

Beautiful casita. In our area licensing and inspections have changed. My prices have gone up to keep up with inflation. There’s a lot more listings/competition. I’ve had to allow pets and my bookings have quadrupled.

Thanks for your reply. I will not accept pets. We have free range chickens on the property.
