Hi @Joanne914 yes, I also list a minimum age requirement for my listings. You may also choose to set a minimum age requirement for guests depending on the local laws and regulations in your area just ensure that this is disclosed in your Listing Description/House Rules. Review Airbnb's policies on nondiscrimination to ensure your minimum age requirement complies. Airbnb's platform is designed to be inclusive, so any restrictions must be legally justified and clearly communicated in your listing. Hope this helps!

@Joanne914 We don't (and I don't even know if we can legally). We do not generally attract a party crowd as we are too far from any drinking places that youngsters would want to go and we live next door to our listings.
