Air b n b blocking bookings

Hi there , messages to arrange a viewing on my listing have been blocked by air b n b … and I have not had bookings since this happened ?????? What is air b. N b doing

You don't have to allow guests to view your place before booking. Next time you can simply refer them to this help article - it's easier to say no when you have an official Airbnb guideline on your side:

As @Shelley159 explained, this is something you are perfectly entitled to refuse as a host; have a look at the suggestion Shelley shared, it should be useful going forward!

Regarding the lack of bookings, perhaps you could ask the Community for listing critique specifically? It could be very helpful receiving feedback from fellow Hosts, to give you good ideas on tweaks that will make your listing stand out more to guests, leading to more bookings!
