Airbnb - Please critique my listing

 I just activate my Airbnb few months ago. I would like to see if you have any orientation to have more bookings.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.

@Diana2906 I like the place!   But I'm going to provide my feedback on the pics...

My BIGGEST recommendation would be to add some artwork (pics or something) to the walls!  (Walls/Cabinets are really white and the existing artwork is pretty white too - over couch.)

Not the biggest fan of the cutting board on the countertop in the kitchen with a roll of paper towels on the other side of the stove.  My recommendation - put the cutting board in a cabinet/drawer and get a (decorative) paper towel holder.

Pick of bathroom/hallway tied to Full Bathroom 2 probably isn't needed.  (Not showing much there.)

For me - I don't need to see a pic of the washer and dryer.  When I'm booking a place to stay, I want to see the place, not think about doing my laundry - others/you may think differently on that front.  (I'd leave it as available onsite b/c you likely checked the box for it on your listing.)

Exterior pic of backyard/BBQ grill - not seeing the BBQ/grill in the pic.  Not the biggest fan of the telephone poles on the other side of the fence.  Would a picture of the house (and BBQ) be better from the fence?
