Airbnb pricing gone crazy

I've been on to the help centre without any joy and hope you can help me. I'm December I have my rooms priced at £70pn except for Christmas week when it is more expensive.  But Airbnb is charging £92 per night and I don't know where this pricing is coming from. It's not the cleaning fee. And they can't seem to get it right. Any advice would be appreciated.

Is that including the airbnb fee @Elizabeth3944 ?

@Helen3 No that's just what I get paid, but there's no cleaning fee so just the small Airbnb service fee to add on to that.

Which listing are you referring to regarding the issue ?

Both of them are not showing the price I've set, but my"2 double rooms" listing is especially wrong.

Regarding the 1-bedroom listing it shows me:

For dates in december price per night:

until 22th : £58.54 (includes Airbnb service fee)

from 22th to end of month: : £93.66

On januari 3th: £70.25

From januari 4th: £58.54

You offer a weekly discount.

Thanks Emiel, I think that listing is sorted now, but the 2 double rooms is still showing the wrong price and Airbnb can't seem to get it sorted.

For the 2 double rooms it says:

For dates in december price per night:

until 22th : £81.95 (includes Airbnb service fee), but only on the 15th : £ 99,52 

from 22th to end of month: : £105.83

In januari : £81,96
