All of my listing were deactivated automatically

Suddenly all of my listing were deactivated automatically. Airbnb support told me that it's because my overall rating is 2 but all of my listing and overall ratings are above 4. I am not getting required support, need urgent assistance, please let me know the reason and how/when it will get fixed ?
