What might be the problem
@Musa77 Hi there! I see a few things.. I think the biggest set back is the one review you have is a 3 star. That pushes you down in the search. Did you get any feedback from that guest as to why they gave a 3 star?
You don't have any essential amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Providing these things makes your listing more appealing. Go through all the amenties that Airbnb lets you choose and add the ones that would be a simple fix like a toaster or blender and soap.
You state smoking allowed. This may be a turn off for guests searching as they may fear the space will smell like an ashtray. You can quietly guide your guests with a note or signage that smoking is permitted on the balcony.
You have a cute balcony but I dont see any chairs. That would go a long way, even for the smokers as they would like to sit and have a smoke.
Why do people visit your part of the world? Speak to those guests letting them know what there is to do in your region, show pics of those places. You have 10K characters to describe your listing. Maybe enlist the help of Chatgpt to help you with this.
Thanks very much for the update. Let me edit and work on these issues
Thanks Karen yes I was notified by my reviews and improved on them. Problamt I need to edit every this once again coz I almost have most of the stuff needed
"where you sleep" section says beds are in the livingroom !
Bedroom photos: no captions of type/size of beds
Additonal request in section "before you leave":
"not to damage staff" (?)
You offer entire home, price for 1 to 4 guests is the same, but listing says:
"The prices are charged according to the room usage and number of people"
very confusing.
Thanks very much for clarification let me try to edit and work on ma mistakes
