Suggestions

Host picture

Host profile so Guests don't think fake.

Remove the experienced Guests only requirement.  That means everyone can at least ask you still decide.

Organize photos in the Airbnb Room Folders easy for potential Guests.

Review amenities, include everything because a lot of the Airbnb Search Filters are varios amenities.
