@Yassein0 , Iโm sorry this happened - but donโt worry too much about your rating, it is still high. But most importantly, your other reviews are amazing, and proof that you are a great host, and that your place is very attractive!
Potential guests will still find you. And as soon as they find you, and read your reviews, they will dismiss the one 1* review as irrelevant. Youโll be fine, even if you donโt have a perfect 5* rating.
Hi @Yassein0
Don't worry, on your listing and on your host profile your average displays as 4.91 (not just 4), so it's an excellent rating. If you really want to, you can keep a spreadsheet of your reviews and use it to keep a running calculation of how many reviews it'll take to move your average up by a digit at any given time. It's not very useful though, because as a host you're probably just going to do your best anyway (and every now and again a guest will be less-than-100%-happy - that's just how it is ...)

You won't sadly . I have had all five star reviews for my listings (hundreds) for the last three years and am still only at 4.97 @Yassein0
Is very sad ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ
