Hi @Uzair20 ,

I looked at your listing and I see that you have 6 listings total, 4 of them have a writing style to attract a specific demographic (2 have almost no text at all).

Your reviews for this listing are very positive and your guests really appreciate you! The photos are mostly taken at night which is wonderful for outdoorf nightlife but can be tough for interior shots because the lack of daylight can make it hard to see the interior. However, if your guests are responding positively to those photos, then there's no need to change them.

Since you didn't mention a specific issue you're having, it's hard to offer advice on what to change because any suggestion might undo something that's working for you.

If the issue is that you're not getting enough reservations and you think other hosts are doing better, it might be the writing style and photos - aside from those 2 things, your location, check in and amenities are fine, your guests love that you're friendly and responsive so I'm not sure what else it would be.

If the issue is other than reservations, if you could refine that, it might make it easier to provide appropriate and helpful feedback  😊

Hi Elisa

Thanks for your reply yea actually going well but it's a new listing so am booking in without profit margin

Hello Uzair,

Going through your property listing, I have only 2 recommendations.

Firstly, the advert pictures: get them done by someone who is an expert in style photography.

Lastly, update your property description with less defining; hope this helps.

Best wishes,

Sam

Hi Uzair 👋

Great job maintaining a perfect 5-star rating and achieving Superhost status within your first year — that already speaks for your commitment and effort!

I really like your photos — the lighting is warm, and the overall tone feels elegant and cozy. The kitchen setup and bedroom layout are both visually appealing and well-balanced.

If you’re looking to level up your listing, here are a few friendly tips from a fellow host:

🌿 Add a “story element” — share a short personal line in your description, like why you chose this design or what kind of experience guests usually love most. Guests connect better with emotion and story.

📸 Lifestyle photos — a shot with a breakfast setup, balcony evening view, or night lighting can help guests imagine themselves staying there.

💬 Highlight nearby convenience — since you’re inside Zeta Mall, emphasize “easy access to food, shopping & entertainment” — it’s a big plus for urban travelers.

Overall, your space looks fantastic — clean, modern, and inviting. Keep doing what you’re doing, and you’ll continue to attract quality guests.

Yes that what I was thinking about and also am going to add few more things in this apartment and will take shots again

Thanks for your suggestions

Hello, Uzair! Your place is great and you have some nice touches and plenty of warm photos. One suggestion I would have is to brighten the photos of the bathroom. Highlight the rain shower as well.
Maybe shorten your intro a bit and instead create a guidebook with pics/reasons these are your favorite places.

Congrats on being a 5 star Superhost! Seems like I might need YOUR help! 😊

Hi thanks for your review and suggestions , Sure you can ask me anything related listing optimization and hosting I would love to help you out
