I had very bad experience with a couple that brings two unauthorized dogs and damages my entires apartment and took all the can foods that was in the kitchen please if anyone has something similar situation like this I can share their names and photo of them so they will never will be allow to book through Airbnb ever again.

If you're a host raise a claim for damages through the Airbnb Guarantee or your home insurance for short term lets .
if it's a whole listing don't leave food items you don't want guests to use ,
I'm a host and this is actually the first time I left cans foods never thought people would eat or use. Their unauthorized dogs pee and poop all over the apartment, ripped the carpet and destroyed a real leather couch.
1. Document everything.
2. Contact guest with gracious message…re:housekeeping found damages, they noticed a number of stains on carpet, etc…Please do not be surprised if the guests respond- we did not do that
3.contact airbnb, and then let them handle the claim.
You can also flag the guest….
as Helen mentioned, I do not see a listing posted with your profile, only guest reviews. But, as I host, you need to go through Airbnb to claim guest damages.
