Best STR/MTR Insurance

I'm a new Airbnb host in Charlotte, NC. I'm looking for affordable STR/MTR insurance. Any recommendations?

@Elysian-Stay-Of-Charlotte0  I use Proper Insurance as they specialize in just short term rentals.  There is coverage that a regular provider would not cover such as bed bugs and off premise liablity.  They are not inexpensive, however I don't think there is any type of property insurance that is affordable today.
