Blocking certain dates for checkout

Is there a feature that allows me to select certain days from being check-out dates? I don't want my cleaning crew to work 12/24 but I also don't want to block that single day. I had a request for 12/21-12/23 with checkout on 12/24 that I denied and gave them the option of check-out on 12/23 instead. I don't want to block the day in case someone books 12/23 and beyond and wants 12/24. any suggestions?

There is an option to restrict DAYS from check-in or check-out, but the setting applies to total calender !It is in the section "availability":

If you want only check-in/out limited during a specific time-perid or even 1 date, then you need to use a rule-set, which is explained here:

Thanks, I can only find days of the week to limit check in/out I want a specific date, is that available?

Yes, it is possible by creating a ruleset and apply that ruleset to the specific date.

But maybe to much hassle for just only 1 date, unless you going to use rulesets more in future, because you first have to active "professional tools" to be able to use it.

Alternative:  block 12/23 , then a soon having a booking until 12/23 open the date again and new booking can start on 12/23.

Currently, Airbnb doesn’t have a feature to block only check-out dates without blocking the full day. The system treats each day as part of a reservation, so preventing check-outs on a specific date usually requires blocking the entire day.

A workaround is to:

Adjust your minimum or maximum night settings to avoid guests checking out on that date.

Communicate clearly in your listing description or guest messages about preferred check-out days.

Use a co-host or cleaner scheduling tool outside Airbnb to manage cleaning without blocking the calendar entirely.

Actually that is not correct.

You can restrict check-in/check-out by day of the week or a specific date.
