I am one of the neighbors of the owner. I have tried to be neighborly with him, but he is not that type of person. That’s fine.
A couple Summers ago I texted him to let him know he it sounded as if his tenants with a barking dog was in distress. He responded with a barrage of personal insults, ending with the statement, “…do you want me to come over so we can rumble.” I left him alone and reported this to the City (they have the text on file) who suggested I place a police request for him to not step on my property.
This man has continues to make me, my wife, and children feel unsafe in our own neighborhood. I’ve hesitated to report this to Air BnB as he’ll certainly know who made the “anonymous” report.
What do you suggest?

@Steve4598 Airbnb is irrelevant to this. Talk to your local police for a solution.

Thanks, I did. I feel it’s important that Air BnB knows such things though. Crap business if they don’t.
@Steve4598 If your next door neighbor was a Starbucks barista, would you report this to Starbucks?
AirBnB has nothing to do with this. Your neighbor's just a jerk.
Indeed. So sucky to have one of those. At least he’s not around very often. Cul-de-sac of kids and dogs having fun, and he’s told me he dislikes kids and dogs 🤣…he bought in way after we all did. WhyTF would he??
